About This Spot
Stepping into Aromas feels like entering a quietly cherished corner of Castillo Caleta de Fuste, where the inviting scent of spices gently wraps around you, promising more than just a meal. The lighting and warm tones create a welcoming glow—neither rushed nor overly formal—inviting diners to settle in and savor each bite alongside familiar faces or new companions.
Here, flavors unfold thoughtfully rather than overwhelm, inviting you to explore a menu that respects both the classics and subtle personal touches. The experience isn’t just about nourishment but about discovering how perfectly blended spices and fresh ingredients can tell a story on the plate. The freedom to tailor the spice level means you can chart your own adventurous course—whether that’s dipping a toe into gentle warmth or embracing a more fiery path.
The rhythm of service at Aromas feels attuned to the moment; attentive without intrusion, allowing each dish—whether a tender chicken creation or a rich mixed grill—to be enjoyed as a centerpiece to conversation and connection. Pairing meals with thoughtfully chosen extras or a simple, satisfying drink creates a cozy sense of completeness, one that lingers beyond the last bite.
What makes Aromas stand out isn’t simply the menu but the way it draws you into a shared space of authentic flavors and easy smiles—a place where each visit leaves you feeling comfortably nourished in both body and spirit. It’s a subtle reminder that some meals are less about rush and more about savoring the soul of a place through its food and the moments it inspires.

Had the best curry of my life here (chicken makhani) Perfect portion sizes…not massive not small. It was super tasty. I was full half way through the meal but didn’t want to waste any. Thoroughly recommend. Shame they don’t do coffee to finish the meal off.

Been here twice now and it hasn't disappointed. Both times ordered a Chicken Tikka Vindaloo and Kashmiri Ghost from the Special menu with boiled rice. We've had 2 different sides, Saag Aloo and Bombay Aloo plus 3 different Naan breads, Cheese and Garlic, Garlic and Chilli, plus Chilli and Coriander. The only way to describe the food is excellent and the service impeccable. The House red wine is of a good quality too.

Was tempted in by the absolutely wonderful Aroma of spices, Totally exceeded our expectations, we were blown away not only by the friendliness of the staff but the food was outstanding 10/10 onion bhajee, vegetable pakora, Afghan chicken was succulent chicken, lamb rogan josh, paswari naan and pilau rice everything cooked to perfection, DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE !!! We are visiting for a week and definitely going back beforee our departure.

Tasty dishes. Well varied choice and the ability to choose your spice (mild, medium, hot, extra hot) is a great idea. Quite generous portion sizes. From my experience, medium is unfortunately only a very slight spice, therefore hot could be a more suitable choice to those who usually go for medium. Service was okay, quick to serve but that was probably due to there being only 3 seated tables (including ourselves) at the time. Not much welcoming or gratitude from staff but not sure if this was due to language difficulties. Around €45 for curries, rice and bread for two people. Overall, a very filling meal that isn’t ridiculously expensive.

We were not disappointed with our visit here. Our food was all delivered to us within 10 minutes of ordering and it was all really delicious and probably one of the better restaurant curries we've had to date. The portions to price range are reasonable as is there attentiveness. I'd highly recommend Aromas if you love your indian cuisine, I had a chicken phal and my partner, chicken tikka madras and we shared chicken pakoras, pilau rice, chips and a garlic naan - all of it tasted yummy. P.S. I'm probably going back before I leave and I can't wait :)

Didn’t expect that. The area is more or less a tourist hotspot, even though we were surprised from this lovely nice Indian restaurant. With choices of different curries and Tandoori dishes, everybody should find something on the menu. For our curry, we chose spicy, and YES, it is spicy! Also the garlic cheese Naan was very yummy. All in all was it was very tasty and we will come back. Thank you.
